We recently worked with Brian to both buy and sell a home and we found him to be an extremely effective realtor who was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Brian sold our home for asking price in less than a week and helped us negotiate a good deal on the home we purchased. Brian is amazing at what he does. I reviewed 3 realtors before choosing Brian. He suggested a price that was 70-110K over the others and had my house sold in 10 days. TEN DAYS at 98% of asking price !!!!!! This guy has the expertise and marketing tools to get the job done the RIGHT way. By the time i received some of his promotional materials (with in a week) I had accepted the buyers offer. I really can’t say enough good things about his excellent service. I can pontificate about Brian but his track record and results speak loud and clearly for themselves. Brian recently helped us find our very first home in Lake Forest. To say that we were under-educated and under-prepared clients would be an understatement. My family and I relocated to the North Chicago burbs from NC this summer. Brian was recommended to us by my brother who had recently purchased a condo in the city and had nothing but praise for his informative, no pressure style. We had a pretty limited schedule in terms of our time to spend in the area looking. Brian was very accommodating and dedicated the majority of his time to us over a 3 day weekend to complete our viewings. He also did his research and was able to provide us with a lot of useful information on the history and vibe of each of the communities we were looking in as well as the property market as a whole within Illinois. In addition, he provided good insight/suggestions on the properties we saw – really important when seeing so many homes in such a condensed period of time. Finally, he was able to connect us with his network of people to assist with the purchase and closing: the lender, lawyer and inspectors who all turned out to be great recommendations. We give Brian high marks and would recommend him whether looking in the city or the suburbs.

We totally recommend working with Brian! We were first time buyers with pretty set parameters of what we were looking for (and not much knowledge of how to find it or what to do if we did find it). We met Brian at an open house that he was showing, and we decided to call him after meeting with other agents who were just not our speed. Brian was a great fit–I knew he was going to be great to work with when he offered to come to us for our first meeting so that we didn’t have to find a babysitter or bring antsy kids to an office. Working with Brian was great because he is knowledgeable, patient, and sincere. Our house hunt took a year, with multiple bidding wars, and an almost-purchase we ran from after inspection. I am so glad we didn’t give up, though, and that Brian stuck with us, because in the end we were able to find and purchase *our* home. It feels great–exactly where we were meant to be–and we are so thankful that Brian helped to get us here!

In late spring of 2019, I interviewed about 6-7 real estate agents over the phone to sell our 3 unit building in Mayfair. Then I interviewed 3 in person. I ultimately settled on Brian because of his calm and pleasant demeanor, and I felt I was going to get the best, personal service from him. I’m very happy with my choice. Brian always gave thoughtful advice, informed by his years of experience. He was also very diplomatic in dealing with somewhat complicated family dynamics involved in our sale. I never felt I was being pushed or given the somewhat know it all, always “on”, attitude you get from some agents. We ultimately closed on our building for full asking price and Brian did a great job marketing the building.

Brian helped us find a perfect mixed use building 11 years ago. Our needs were very specific and took us all over the city. I used to work at a real estate company, with hundreds of realtors (including Brian), so I know A LOT of them…so when it came to selling my condo I definitely had choices. Since meeting Brian 17 years ago at his previous company, we’ve remained friends. I’m so glad that I got to hire my friend as my realtor.
